1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SutraCode's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 (India).

2. Services & Intermediary Disclaimer

SutraCode provides software-as-a-service products, custom development, and AI-powered solutions. To the extent SutraCode acts as an intermediary (as defined under the IT Act, 2000), we claim Safe Harbour protection under Section 79. We do not endorse or take responsibility for user-generated content hosted on our platforms unless specifically notified.

3. Prohibited Content (IT Act Guidelines)

Users are strictly prohibited from hosting, displaying, uploading, modifying, publishing, or sharing any information that:

• Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right.
• Is grossly harmful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or invades another's privacy.
• Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights.
• Violates any law for the time being in force in India.
• Contains software viruses or any other computer code designed to disrupt functionality.

4. Payment & Billing

Paid services are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our refund policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the SutraCode platform remain the property of SutraCode Solutions. Custom software built for clients is subject to individual project agreements.

6. Limitation of Liability

SutraCode shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

7. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Darbhanga, Bihar, India.
